Working draft for review

Prepared October 7, 2026 from existing Yories game policies. Team confirmation is pending. This draft is not yet an effective replacement for any published game policy.

1. About this policy

This draft explains the proposed privacy approach for the Yories Games website and games. “Yories,” “we,” and “us” refer to Yories Games; the responsible legal entity and its address will be added after confirmation.

Games can differ by platform, version, audience, and features. Until this draft is approved for a specific game, use the policy linked from that game's official store listing and its privacy or data safety disclosures. This page does not change those policies.

2. Information connected with our services

Information you provide

When you email us for help or with a privacy question, your message may include your email address, the game name, device details, screenshots, and anything else you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or unnecessary personal information about a child.

Website visits

The website lets you browse games and follow links to app stores. This local website build has no account registration, payment form, or embedded advertising or analytics scripts. The production hosting provider's request logs, cookies, and retention practices still need confirmation before publication.

Game and device information

The existing game policies describe categories such as app preferences, connection logs, device and advertising identifiers, usage information, purchase references, and purchase history. One policy also describes learning progress and scores. These are historical disclosures, not confirmation that every current game collects each category.

The team will confirm which information each game collects, whether it stays on the device or is transmitted, who receives it, and why it is needed. The final policy will identify the games and platforms it covers.

Accounts and purchases

Some existing policies mention social sign-in and account information. These features need verification before they are included as current practices. For purchases made through an app store, consult that store's payment and privacy information. Any purchase records received by Yories will be described in the approved game policy.

3. How information is used and shared

The proposed purposes are to provide game features, remember settings or progress where supported, respond to support requests, resolve purchase issues, understand technical problems, and protect the services. Each purpose must be matched to the information actually used by the relevant game.

Existing policies also describe analytics, advertising, marketing, and third-party service providers. Before this policy takes effect, the team will identify any active providers, the data they receive, and the controls available to players. This draft does not assert that those services operate in every game.

Any sharing for legal requirements, business transfers, or other purposes will be described in the final policy where applicable. Whether any practice constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law also needs confirmation.

Cookies, identifiers, and external links

Cookies and similar technologies can support preferences, measurement, or advertising. Their actual use on the website and in each game must be confirmed. Following a link to Google Play, the App Store, or another external service takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Children and families

Yories' collection includes games presented for children and families. Parents and guardians should review the specific game's age rating, privacy disclosures, ads, and purchase options before downloading.

The older policies' blanket statement that the services are not intended for children under 16 has not been carried into this draft. The final policy must reflect each game's actual audience, data collection, advertising settings, and any parental consent requirements.

If you believe a child's personal information has been collected inappropriately, contact us with the game name and a brief description. Avoid including additional sensitive information in your initial message.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

Your device may provide controls for app permissions, advertising preferences, tracking, and purchases. Available controls depend on the device, platform, and game. Information stored only on a device may be removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; this does not necessarily remove records held by service providers.

You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that may apply to your information. Include the game name, platform, and the nature of your request. The applicable rights, identity checks, response process, and any lawful exceptions will be confirmed for the final policy.

If a game offers an account, its account and data deletion process must be documented before it is covered by this policy. If marketing messages are offered, the final policy will explain the subscription and unsubscribe choices.

6. Retention, security, and international processing

The proposed approach is to retain information only for the purposes for which it is needed, including any applicable legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. Actual retention periods and deletion procedures need confirmation for support records, game data, and third-party services.

The final policy will describe the safeguards used to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Specific claims about encryption, access controls, or other measures will be added only after verification.

Hosting and service providers may process information in different countries. The team will confirm processing locations and any required transfer safeguards. The countries listed in older policies have not been treated as verified current locations.

7. Changes to this policy

This draft will be revised when the team confirms current practices. The approved policy will state its effective date and explain how material changes are communicated. The preparation date above is not an effective date.
